The registration system for the event works properly and has already registered many runners from all over the country. Lists of participants appear on the event site. You can look for your registration by one of the 3 ways listed on the site and follow the instructions detailed on the list page. If you did not find your name in the list of participants according to one of the three options, your name was probably removed due to non-payment. If you have paid and have still not found your name, please contact info@shvoong.co.il with your registration number. Upon contacting us, kindly present your registration number.

Double registration - My name appears several times in the participants' lists
If your name appears more than once in the list of participants, you must first verify the ‘registration status’: ‘Paid’ or ‘Unpaid’ in the list of participants.
You now have 3 options:
1. If your name appears once in the ‘Paid’ status and sometimes as ‘Unpaid’ - your unpaid registration will be deleted by Shvoong’s system, without notice and within 48 hours - there is no need to contact us with a cancellation notice or any other message.
2. If your name appears only in the ‘Not paid’ status, Shvoong’s system will delete your unpaid subscriptions within 48 hours without notice. Online registration, including payment, can be confirmed at no additional charge in the usual manner via the registration page. If you would like to pay for a non-paid order, please contact Shvoong offices at 1-700-700-305 for a payment arrangement for an additional NIS 20. Please specify your order number.

It is important that you send only the canceled order with an explicit request. No need to send both registration numbers.
